Vavozo is an online home decor store based in Sheridan, Wyoming. We sell lighting, mirrors, rugs, and small furniture to customers in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand, and we keep the range deliberately small so that we know every product we list.

Why We Started
The idea came from a simple observation: the pieces that make a room feel finished are usually the smaller ones. A lamp at the right height, a mirror placed where it catches the window, a rug that warms up a floor, a table beside the bed. These are also the pieces that are hardest to buy online with confidence, because listings are vague about size and materials and photos rarely show how something looks in an ordinary room. Vavozo exists to make that easier.

What We Sell
Our range is built around four categories. Lighting: table lamps, wall lights, lanterns, night lights, and flameless candles, most of them cordless and rechargeable. Mirrors: round and organic-shaped wall mirrors, tri-fold vanity mirrors, and smaller decorative mirrors for hallways and bathrooms. Rugs: round and rectangular area rugs for living rooms and bedrooms, plus soft play rugs for children's rooms. Small furniture: side tables, coffee tables, nightstands, and compact rolling shelves for spaces where larger pieces will not fit. New items are added a few at a time, once they have passed the checks below.

How We Select and Check Products
Before anything is listed, we review the supplier's production standards and request a sample. The sample is measured and compared against the stated dimensions, the materials are confirmed, and the finish is checked under daylight and artificial light. For electrical items we test charging, run time, dimming, and remote functions. Only products that match their specification go live, and the listing is written from what we measured rather than copied from a catalogue. If a product does not hold up in use, it is removed from the store.

Our Commitments to You
Accurate listings. Every product page states dimensions, materials, power source where relevant, and exactly what is included in the box.
Free tracked shipping. Shipping is free on every order to the five countries we serve. Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days and typically arrive 8–16 business days after that, with a tracking number sent by email.
30-day returns. You have 30 days from delivery to return an item. There are no restocking fees, and approved refunds are issued within 7 business days to the original payment method.
Secure payment. All transactions are processed by established, encrypted payment providers. We do not store card details.
Responsive support. Emails are answered by our own team, Monday to Friday, within 24 business hours.
